Brenda's second studio album was recorded over the course of two years during four separate recording sessions and was produced by Owen Bradley. Whilst the album would not be released until August 1960, singles had been released ahead of this, with Let's Jump The Broomstick missing out in the US but eventually reaching #12 in the UK in 1961. The second single Sweet Nothin's would make #4 in the US, becoming her first Top Ten success and enabling the album to also enjoy significant success, peaking at #5 in America.
