The gold standard in pole spears, JBL's one-piece models are drawn 6063 aluminum, annealed for extra rigidity. The result: maximum energy transfer with virtually no flex. JBL machine-swaged each spear for enhanced hydrodynamics. This provides greater speed with minimal water disruption. Sling length is fully adjustable and the stainless threaded tip will accept any 6mm point. The JBL D36 Lion Tamer has an overall length of 38" (96.5 cm) and comes equipped with JBLD6200 Sling. JBL's unique latex formulation and dip manufacturing process delivers radical modulus strength. The power curve increases as bands are stretched for optimum performance. Special anti-oxidants help protect against harmful U.V. rays, prolonging sling life. The Sling for JBL D36 Pole Spears has a Non-Corrosive Plastic Threaded Screw Retainer to Fasten Sling to Pole. Sling measures 3/8" x 20" (9.5 mm x 508 mm).
