When should we using lip liner and how to apply it?

Lip liner is to lipstick what primer is to foundation or a base coat is to nail polish-it's not crucial, but it does make your lipstick look better and last longer. 

4 Steps to Show a Perfect Lip Makeup:

1. Draw the upper lip from lip peak to two labial angles.

2. Draw the lower lip from left & right to the middle of lip.

3. Draw the whole lip fully by using lip liner pencil, makes the color fused naturally when using lipstick.

4. Use the similar color lipstick to color all lip lightly.

Pencil Eyeliner Usage:

1. Lightly hold the outer corner of your eye. This will also help you apply eyeliner evenly.

2. Apply eyeliner to your upper lid. Place the pencil as close to your lash line as possible and slowly draw a thin line from the outer corner to the inner corner.

3.Apply pencil liner to your lower lid. Slowly and gently draw a thin line from the outer corner to the inner corner.

4. Connect the lines only on the outside corner of your eye. Use the tip of your eyeliner to join your upper and lower lines.

5. Soften the lines on your upper and lower lids. This will make the look softer and give the liner a "lived in" look.

6. Highlight your eye. If you want to make your eyes "pop" more, applying a little white eyeliner or shadow at the corners of your lids is an excellent trick.

Applying eyeliner is a tricky task, but getting a straight line is worth your time.
