DESIGN:

The ice pack is crafted from nylon which is soft and durable making you feel more comfortable. The double-sealed keeps from leaking. The ice pack is full of non-toxic gel and it also has no peculiar smell. It keeps flexible and soft after frozen or microwave for a long time.

Multipurpose:

🍁 The ice pack can be used in cold therapy as well as hot for relieving your pain in the most convenient and adaptable way.

🍁 When you want cold therapy to relieve injury swelling, minor burns, headache and toothache, storing pack in the fridge about 1-2 hours to make gel getting cold (You can also just leave your gel pack in the freezer, so it is always ready to use).

🍁 Put the gel pack into the fabric pouch to insulate the coldness. In cases of severe injury, wet the pouch prior to application for greater cold penetration.

🍁 If you want heat therapy, two methods. One is hot water method. Pour water into a pot and bring it to a full boil for 10 minutes, wipe it off and insert it into the wrap pouch.

🍁 The other is microwave method. Flatten the pack in microwave and make sure the gel is evenly distributed. If the gel pack is at room temperature, expose on High for 30-60 seconds and put the gel pack into the fabric pouch.
