Biltong is the South African version of beef jerky. At Carnivore Meat Company we make biltong the old fashioned way. We thick slice steaks of meat usually from the hind quarters, cure it with salt and spices and air dry it for about ten days. We then thin slice it for maximum flavor and tenderness. Safari biltong is a South African favorite, this spice blend is imported straight out of South Africa and guaranteed to bring back the flavor of home.
