- PLAINEDGE BLADE - This knife has a sharpened blade with no serrations or teeth sometimes referred to as a smooth blade.
- UNLOCKING THE BLADE - Grip the handle firmly between your fingertips and the base of your fingers and, using your thumbnail, pull the ball bearing towards the butt end of the handle. Push the back of the blade with your opposite hand to close the knife.
