- EASY TO USE - Drape the car dolly tire straps over the tire of your vehicle and secure the two flat hooks on the rear side of the tow dolly. Secure the loose end of the strap with a ratchet or winch. Use on 17 inch or larger tires.
- SECURE WITH FLAT HOOKS - These blue wheel tie down straps are equipped with flat hooks for quick and secure connections to the tow straps. The flat hook fitting has a built-in defender to protect the webbing from abrasions and wear.
