- Conformed to AWS A5.9/ASME SFA A5.9/ER309L; 2-lb net weight of stainless steel welding wire; 4" spool wrapped in moisture-resistant plastic film; typical chemical composition %: C=0.025, Cr=24.5, Ni=13, Si=0.38, Mo=0.35, Mn=1.88, Cu=0.35, P=0.02, S=0.01, remain=Fe.
