Chrome plating is mainly used to improve surface hardness, aesthetics and rust prevention. Chromium plating has good chemical stability and does not act in alkalis, sulphides, nitric acid and most organic acids, but can be dissolved in hydrohalic acid (e.g. hydrochloric acid) and hot sulphuric acid. It is superior to silver and nickel because chromium does not tarnish and retains its reflectivity for a long time when used.
The cut is flat and free of burrs. Smooth surface with no scratches.
High precision, high density and high stability. High surface hardness of chrome-plated steel rod, not easily deformed, strong resistance to bending.
Meet Your Needs: Steel Rods can be easy to cut and formed into replacement parts for almost anything. You can cut to any size you want according to your needs
