Want It All does not guarantee that the Website or its operation will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error-free. All transactions are processed in South Africa at time of payment.
No contract exists between the Customer and Want It All for the sale of any goods until Want It All has received and accepted your order, has received payment in full (in cleared funds) and the order has been shipped. Once Want It All does so, there is a binding legal contract between us. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Want It All will inform you as soon as possible and you may request to cancel or amend the order or put it on back-order. Should you cancel the order, Want It All will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Goods are sold for personal use only, and may not be resold or hired out. Goods are not permitted to be exported outside of South Africa.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on Want It All website are accurate at the time you place your order. Want It All reserves the right to amend any quoted prices including the shipping charges at any time prior to despatch. If an error is found, Want It All will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If Want It All does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If cancelled, Want It All will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Want It All website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be of the essence. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Want It All will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Want It All will inform you as soon as possible. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by Want It All in advance of the quoted delivery date. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Want It All control, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Once the goods have been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods and let Want It All know within 48hours of any problems. If incorrect goods have been received, Want It All will arrange for collection of the goods and delivery of the correct goods. If the goods have been opened or tampered with in any way the customer will be held liable for any charges or non-credit from our suppliers.
Want It All reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue any goods.
The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the fitness for purpose of the goods for the Customer's application. Want It All accepts no liability whatsoever or howsoever in respect of loss, damage or expense arising from errors in information or advice provided, whether or not due to Want It All negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
The entire liability of Want It All under or in connection with the Contract with the Customer shall not exceed the price for the goods.
Want It All shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). If the description of any goods contained in this website or any correspondence, advertising material, or invoice varies from that of the manufacturers description, the manufacturers description will be deemed to be the correct description and shall take precedence over Want It All description. In most cases, the manufacturers description is available from Want It All on request.
Any price list, catalogue, advertising matter or similar materials issued by Want It All are intended only as an indication as to price and range of products available and information therein shall not be binding on Want It All.
Want It All provides a "Personal Shopper Service" (Special Import Service) where special orders can be placed from websites/USA based stores or a supplier of a customers choosing, subject to import regulations and at Want It All's discresion. Want It All will not be held liable for the quality, correctness or description of the goods. Warranty and product support would be provided directly by the manufacturer/store and the customer would need to contact the store directly for all product queries, warranties and support.
The services provided by Want It All are only available to those legally entitled to enter into a binding contract. Children under 18 years of age may only use this website with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
As a condition to your use of this website, you warrant to Want It All that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.

Card transactions will be acquired for Want It All via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
