Soft Sugar works best on fine hair. If you choose to use the Strip Method, then the Soft is the recommended consistency since it will glide on thinner. If using in the Flick Method, Soft works well for large areas that are not very warm such as arms and legs. Soft is going to be the easiest on your hands if you are doing a lot of sugaring (like in a busy salon) but it is also the most difficult to work with because it will melt easy. If you are new to sugaring, start with the Firm one first to gain skill with the Flick Method. My Gold Sugar Sugaring Paste used for removing hair from the body and face. The hair must be grown out for the sugar to remove it. Sugar paste can be used with a strip of cloth to remove it. However, the manufacturer made My Gold Sugar primarily for the stripless method or 'flick method' which they like to call it. The paste is meant to only be slightly warmed prior to use (10 seconds in a microwave).
