Due to the high proportion of liquid in contact with the mini wooden barrel charred interior, spirits can age up to 10x faster than a larger, commercial sized whiskey bourbon barrel, giving a balanced and aged flavor to alcohol in weeks rather than years.
- FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to cure your handcrafted 2L Thousand Oaks barrel and start sampling aged whiskey or bourbon after just a few days. If desired, add Swish Barrel Essence Flavoring (not included) and in two weeks, your one-of-a-kind liquor blend will be aged to perfection and ready to serve straight from the tap. Pour into a liquor decanter to stop the aging process.
