Q: Problem with foundation filling up all holes?

A:

It is recommended to press the metal plate using both thumbs at the same time, as it is a vacuum packaging, a special filling technology.

For the first time usage, foundation flow appears to be very slow as the air has not been evacuated due to its vacuum packaging. Please pat the bottom of the matte cushion for a few times to accelerate the air evacuation and allow a smoother flow of the foundation.

After using it for a period of time, you may notice that the foundation may appear uneven (ie, not all holes are filled with foundation). This is normal due to the nature of the characteristics of the foundation. For this, we have to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
