Ethiopia Yirgacheffe LIGHT ROAST A cheerful escape from the everyday, our light roast Ethiopia YIrgacheffe (pronounced yer-guh-tchef) has delicate hints of spice including notes of citrus and ginger, a sweet, floral aroma, and crisp acidity.
Peru Cajamarca MEDIUM ROAST The Cajamarca (pronounced kä-h∂-´mär-kä) region in Peru produces some of the country's best coffee. This smooth, medium roast coffee features caramel sweetness, bright pops of green apple, and a cocoa finish.
Sumatra Aceh DARK ROAST Grown in the northern province of Aceh (pronounced A-tchay) in Sumatra, this deeply herbal, dark roast, full-bodied coffee features notes of dark chocolate and fresh fig, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
Founder's Blend MEDIUM ROAST This distinctive coffee is a blend of Organic beans from three renowned growing regions in Colombia, Peru, and Ethiopia. Together, they offer notes of floral citrus, crisp apples, and sweet caramel for a taste that embodies the welcoming spirit of our home state of Vermont.
