3M Primer 94 can be used in a wide variety of applications.Â It was developed to be used in conjunction with 3M VHB tapes to increase the bonding strength of the tape.Â It has become a popular tool to assist in applying automotive vinyl wraps.Â Will increase the bond between vinyl wraps and nearly anything where a strong, durable bond is required.
