HOW TO USE - KNOW THE FUNDAMENTALS
(1) Prep and pack your vegetables into the wide-mouth mason jar with 1.75" of headspace

(2) Insert your fermentation weights into the wide-mouth mason jar and make sure it is slightly submerged within the brine

(3) Take notice of the few vegetable pieces that will float to the surface of the brine. Proceed to pull those out

(4) Close and seal the lid with an airlock of your choice
