- MADE OF HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS: a rigid frame will not allow the panel to bend over time, the lens is made of PMMA (transparent glass substitute) and will not yellow over time. Even in five years the fixture will look exactly the same as the day it was installed. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EDGE-LIT AND DIRECT-LIT PANELS (both are offered on Amazon): edge-lit panels have a smooth lens uniformly lit all over the surface, direct-lit panels have a prismatic lens and rows of LEDs instead of bulbs.

The product uses a low-voltage 0-10V dimmer (manufacturer tested dimmers include: Lutron NFTV, Leviton IPL710 DLZ, Leviton IPL710 DL, Cooper SF10P-W). Please note: dimming is optional, if this feature is not required the dimming wires can simply be capped off and the light will function on/off.
