Clear, water-based bonder/sealer. Formulated to bond and seal a wide range of construction surfaces. Bonds paint and will stay flexible over the life of the paint. Excellent filling and sealing properties and can help reduce cracking and peeling. Penetrates into wood. Bridges low areas in one pass. Soap and water clean up. Interior/exterior use. Peel-bond reduces the cracking and peeling of the top coat of paint by remaining flexible over the life of the paint. This water-based coating formulation provides a thick wet film build on both horizontal and vertical surfaces without sagging or slipping. The formulations have enhanced surface flow and leveling characteristics for providing a smooth surface and exhibit excellent adhesion to a substrate.
