If you wish to fill the numbers and the balloon stars with air, simply insert the included straw (gently) into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow to inflate. When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self-sealing plastic valve. The balloons will stay inflated for days.
