Reported values are accurate to +/- 0.01 pH at 25 °C and are traceable to NIST Standard Reference Materials (SRMs).
Produced in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility using high-purity reagents, deionized water and certified analytical balances in a temperature controlled environment.
color-coded for quick identification.
Double-sealed. 2-year expiration from manufacture for an unopened bottle.
Apera Instruments AI1108 pH calibration buffer solution Kit includes two 8oz bottles of pH buffer solutions (4. 00 & 7. 00 pH), and one 4oz bottle of 3M KCl storage solution for pH/ORP electrodes. The color-coded buffer solutions are standardized against NIST certified pH References within 0. 01 pH at 25˚C (77˚F). it’s ideal for the calibration of all pH meters. Keeping the standard solutions fresh and uncontaminated is the precondition for accurate pH measurement. Pour 2-3 oz. of solution into a clean container for calibration. If sealed well, the same amount of pH solution poured out can be used for 10-15 times before replacement. Never pour the used solution back to the original bottle to avoid contamination. Since pH level is affected by temperature, a temperature/pH reference Chart is provided on the bottle Label for reference. The 3M KCl storage solution helps keep the sensitivity and accuracy of your pH probes. All the solutions are double-sealed, not subject to the dot shipping restrictions, and have a 1-year shelf life. Expiration date is printed on the bottle. MSDS documents are downloadable. Note: store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of REACH of children.
