The 9th Life of Louis Drax is a supernatural thriller that has echoes of The Sixth Sense and Gone Girl. The score is composed by the Award winning Canadian singer-songwriter, Patrick Watson. His 2007 album, Close to Paradise, won the Polaris Music Prize as the best Canadian album of that year, while his 2009 follow-up, Wooden Arms, was also a finalist. Watson has since become a popular touring artist and released another two well-received albums. The 9th Life of Louis Drax is his first soundtrack project.
