A Month of Bedtime Stories: Funny, read-aloud, bedtime storybook (and off you went to the woods 1)
"Written with a great love of vocabulary, with a musical style [...] this book is not a month of bedtime stories, but a lifetime of them." - Carole P. Roman, Kirkus Best of 2012 Award-winning Author
Children will love being the main character and hearing about the adventures they had earlier in the day. ("You don't remember? It must have been that bonk on the head that made you forget!") Parents too will enjoy the humor and imagination of this bumper book of immersive, read-aloud bedtime tales.
With a whopping thirty-one stories, this collection is designed to last a whole month ... but can you leave it to just one story per night?

********************************************** A MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHOR: **********************************************
Greetings from Australia! * I am the evil writer Neil Roy McFarlane and I wrote the book A Month of Bedtime Stories 'cos I'm such a clever clogs. * In my book you did lots of things like exploring uncharted puddles in a submarine full of bees and visiting Planet of the Grapes and discovering toothpaste at the centre of the Earth and hunting greater spotted sausage monsters on the Hulunbuir Grasslands of Inner Mongolia! * You also hit my robot kangaroos on the head and made them go 'zzzzt!' which I wasn't very happy about, I can tell you. * I suppose you'll never forget those amazing adventures you had, will you? What? You've forgotten already? It must have been that bonk on the head you got. * What's that you say? You don't remember getting a bonk on the head? * It must have been that bonk on the head that made you forget getting a bonk on the head. * Etcetera etcetera etcetera. * If you ever want to visit me, I'll be in my castle in Australia. But you'll have to get past my robot kangaroo guards first! * Ha ha ha ha ha! *
