ALEXTINA Men's 8MM Stainless Steel Yin Yang Spinner Ring Ba Gua Feng Shui Eight Trigrams Signet Band Size 10
This stainless steel ring features the Yin Yang symbols, carved Bagua Trigrams on top and carved Taoist Eight Elements on the inside. It's a double layered spinner ring -- the outer band is crafted so that it moves freely around the inner ring in a spinning motion. This is a simulation of a prayer's move on the mala beads.
Ba Gua - Blessing from Chinese Taoism The Bagua (literally: "eight symbols"), are eight trigrams used in Taoist cosmology to represent the fundamental principles of reality, seen as a range of eight interrelated concepts. Each consists of three lines, each line either "broken" or "unbroken," respectively representing Yin or Yang. The symbols on the outside ring are Ba Gua symbols, this helps you stay away from troubles and bad lucks.
A SPINNER RING is a ring that has an inner band locked in place that can be spun while the rest of the ring stays in one place on your finger. The spinner ring is believed to come from ancient Tibetan meditation traditions, and is called a "worry ring" because spinning the right is believed to have a calming effect on the mind and body. It is an awesome accessory to occupy idle hands and calm your mind. Spinner rings (also called worry rings) are frequently used as a stress relief tool, and are beloved by people with ADD everywhere. They have also been used to reduce nail-biting and other bad habits by keeping your hands busy. NO BEARINGS OR LUBRICANT - The inner and outer rings have no lubrication between them, nor do they need any. They have no bearings or small parts that wear down over time. The rings are simply smooth steel bands held in smooth steel grooves. If they get dirty or gritty, just wash them in soapy water. No need to clean them with harsh chemicals, alcohol, or WD40! Just submerge them in warm soapy water, and firmly rub the spinning band against the groove to polish out stuck-in crud.
