Each fidget is filled with white snowballs, two penguins, and a clear ice cube for visual and tactile feedback, and has a key chain for attaching to a backpack, purse, or belt loop. The toys have a durable plastic exterior and a silicone gel filling. Silicone is a nonreactive and flexible polymer that is resistant to high temperatures.
