Abilitations Rainbow FidgetBall
Abilitations two-handed fidget provides tactile and visual sensory input to help focus and concentration, and can be used to strengthen hands and fingers, coordinate body sides, and encourage sequencing and rhythmicity. The fidget’s sensory feedback can be modified by adjusting its air pressure with an inflation needle to increase or decrease the mobility of the small balls inside (inflation needle sold separately). The fidget has a key chain that can be attached to a belt loop or backpack for portability, and is latex-free for people with latex allergies. The toy is made of durable vinyl, and has a silicone filling. Vinyl resists oil, has low moisture absorption, and is non-conductive; silicone is a nonreactive and flexible polymer that is resistant to high temperatures. The fidget includes an activity guide with suggestions for use, and may be suitable for children on the autism spectrum and for special needs, early childhood, and elementary learning environments.
Special needs products are designed to help improve sensory processing, positioning and mobility, fine motor, and language and communication skills for students with learning challenges. Fine motor products can help individuals improve fine motor skills (hand dexterity), eye-hand coordination, handwriting, self-help skills, such as dressing, and focus and concentration.
