- All stainless steel, one-piece, 6-7/8 inches long, 1-3/8 inches wide.
- Absinthe liqueur, extracted from the wormwood, is served with sugar added. Classic ritual involves placing sugar cube on this perforated spoon. Iced water is slowly poured drop by drop, on to the sugar cube, over the absinthe.
Transport yourself to 1800's France with this elegant, stainless steel absinthe spoon. Begin by pouring absinthe into a glass and placing the spoon over the rim of the glass. Then put a sugar cube on the spoon and pour cold water over the top to dissolve the sugar cube into the liquor. Voila!
