Our foot splint is designed to hold your foot in a flexed position while you're at sleep, watching TV, reading book or other time when you're at break. It works by a bendable aluminum strip at the instep position. The spiky ball is solid rubber made, the hard outter spiky layer offers a stimulating effect and increases circulation, great for deep tissue foot massage.
They help for: • Mild and moderate plantar fasciitis morning pain relief. • Drop foot orthotic rehabilitation. Note: The splint is only auxiliary not treatment for the above symptoms.
Foot Splint Features: • Strong enough yet comfortable to wear. • Low profile, not bulky. • Angle is adjustable. • There is a comfy layer of padding to prevent your instep from hurt. • Easy to put on and take off.
The Splint Brace Size: Foot strap and ankle strap are long enough and adjust by hook and loop. 1. Fits most adult feet (above size 5). 2. For both right and left foot. 3. The foot strap is 11.3" in length, ankle strap is 15.2" in length, length of hook band is not included.
Directions for Use: • Wear the splint barefoot or with your sock on. • We don't suggest wear the splint in shoe, it's not made for really walking. • It's recommended to wear the splint for 30 minutes at first use, you may need one or two nights to get used to it. • Do massage with the spiky ball or pre exercise stretches to your foot before use the splint is good for plantar fasciitis pain relief. • It'll be better to keep your leg lay straight when wearing the splint. • It's recommended to start at 90 degrees, then you can adjust it to a smaller angle if you need more stretches. • Please note if have any discomfort during the use of the splint, you should take it off.
Washing: 1. Please remove the aluminum strip from the top of the splint before washing. 2. Hand wash in cold water.
