Rendezvous Spa Specialties Protect Plus is a dual-purpose liquid concentrate that acts as a protection against staining and scale formation. This product also works as a clarifying agent that keeps spa and hot tub water sparkling clear. It is compatible with chlorine, bromine, biguanide, ozone and mineral purification systems. Brighten water while you protect equipment with Protect Plus. Product Dosage Initial Treatment: 2 fl oz per 250 gallons of water. Routine Maintenance: 1 fl oz per 250 gallons of water per week. Directions When spa/hot tub is initially filled, add 2 oz. of Protect Plus per 250 gallons of water directly into the spa/hot tub. (If metals and/or mineral content is high, add 4 oz. of Protect Plus to 250 gallons of water.) Protect Plus should be added while the spa/hot tub is being filled. Filter and circulate the water for at least an hour before adding Enhance or any other chemicals to assure that Protect Plus has had time to react completely in the water. Weekly thereafter, add 1 oz. of Protect Plus per 250 gallons of spa/hot tub water.
