Aebleskiver Mix
- Very easy to make aebleskiver with this mix
- This is the first aebleskiver mix created back in 1966. Still used unchanged.
- You can make the batter in advance and even refrigerate it overnight to use next day.

For best results follow the instructions on the bag. Combine 3 eggs and a pint of milk. Stir well, then add 3 1/2 cups of aebleskiver mix (1 lb). Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and stir again. If mixture is too thick add a little milk or if too thin add a little more mix. Mixture should have a thickness of pancake batter. Meanwhile heat the pan to about medium heat. Add 1/2 a teaspoon of cooking oil to each hole. Then fill each hole to level of top. Start turning the balls as soon as the shell begin forming a crust. Turn three times to form a ball. When the needle comes out clean they are ready. Serve with powdered sugar and raspberry jam.
