2. There're 3 channels for this product, if you synchronise the transmitter and receiver in channel 1, the receiver collar can only be controlled in channel 1, it won't work in channel 2. 00 channel is for both dogs.
3. 12 months warranty is provided.
4. If the remote die, you can reset the system by pushing the reset button on the back of remote
