The indisputable father of what is known today as Latin Jazz, Mario Bauza recorded "Afro-Cuban Jazz" in 1986, reuniting some of the greatest figures of this genre. Paquito d'Rivera (alto & soprano sax), Jorge Dalto (piano), Patato Valdes (congas), Jose A. Fajardo (flute), Ignacio Berroa (drums), Graciela Grillo (vocals) and Claudio Roditti (trumpet), were only some of the exceptional musicians that graced this masterpiece.
