It all happens during Fantasy Fest: boats, bars, beaches and babes... everything Key West is about, plus the FBI, NSA, and other gun toting bad boys... Whew! Nothing is as it seems. Willie and Parker find that reefs are being poisoned and call in the Florida Marine Patrol and the EPA just to be told, â€˜Thanks, weâ€™ll take it from hereâ€¦â€ and it all takes its toll as Parker struggles to uncover his greatest mystery.
