Some details you may want to know about this lumbar cushion:
Medium to firm density. This cushion should feel that it improves your posture and provides you support, but it won't feel like a rigid bolster behind you.
Sized for a balance of convenience and greater support. Depending on your height, it will stretch from the top of your tail bone (sacral base) up to your mid-back (thoracic spine area). The lowest portion is approximately 3 inches deep and contains the cooling gel pad. The uppermost area of the cushion is closer to an inch and a half. This fits with the appropriate contour of your spinal curves.
The stretchy bands that attach the lumbar pillow to your chair will fit around most office chairs (unless you sit on a king's throne. :) Some customers have tried it for easy chairs or large over stuffed chairs and have not been able to reach it around. While you're sitting, the cushion will be held in place and most people have been happy with it in most chairs they've used it on!
