Directions: Chicken Stew 2lbs bone-in chicken thighs ½ tsp salt 1 package 5.11oz Albasa Stew Mix ¼-½ cup oil 3 cups water Oil for frying chicken Instruction 1.Season chicken with salt, fry and set aside. 2.Mix water and Stew Mix in a medium sauce pan. 3.Simmer on medium low for about 20 minutes until sauce is very thick. Stirring occasionally. 4.Add oil and chicken. Cook for 5 minutes. 5.Serve with steamed rice.
