Please note that the toppers are stretchy but for larger cups sizes or padded bras you may need to size up. If there is a choice between sizes (e.g. M/L), size up for natural breasts and padded bras. If your basic topper rolls down, it is too small and you should size up even if it fits looser at the bottom. If worn at the hip, size up one size from your normal size.
