If you prefer to spray it onto a cotton ball or round and then apply to the eyelids,feel free to do so. The solution does not need to be rinsed off and will work its magic within seconds.

 Please note: use your strength to twist the cap firmly in a clockwise direction until the cap becomes firm. Most leaking issues happen due to loosen cap.
