The American Educational 7-511 Van de Graaff generator has 250,000V potential, an aluminum sphere, and a neoprene belt. This Van de Graaff generator demonstrates static electricity for students in grades 8-12. The aluminum sphere collects a static electrical charge. Its neoprene belt is housed inside of clear tubing for visibility. The base has a removable housing and provides support for the apparatus during use. It measures 24" x 8" x 11" (H x W x D).
