Animal Tracks
The Ampersand Press Into The Forest, Nature’s Food Chain Game for two to six players or groups provides educational information about the food relationships between plants and animals in the forest to students in grades 3 and up (ages 7 and older). Students learn about the natural food relationships, and the importance of plants in food energy. Each game card has a detailed, full-color illustration of a plant or animal commonly found in the forest, and lists what it eats and what it is eaten by. The cards can be used independently to reinforce and review knowledge about the food chain and life cycle in the forest. Into The Forest, Nature’s Food Chain Game includes informational game cards, a food web chart, and a score pad. Science education games are used by students and teachers in classroom and homeschool settings for educational and research applications in science, biology, and a variety of additional disciplines.
