I decided to write this book after I delayed getting into encaustics because of the cost. I wasted 6 months that I could have been working with wax. After extensive research, I bypassed any kit, and set up my encaustic studio for much less. In doing so I spent more money than was necessary, but that is how I learned what I write about here.
