Alula Anti Snoring Chin Strap is clinically tested to help reduce snoring while letting users keep their natural sleeping positions. It prevents air flow leaking from your mouth by holding your chin in a stable position which encourages breathing through your nose. It supports the chin allowing the jaw to relax with the mouth closed or nearly closed. As long as there are no obstructions preventing breathing through the nose, snoring cannot easily occur.

Currently we have Chin Strap that fits Medium and Big Sizes. By the request of our chin strap users soon we will try to bring for you bigger sizes. We are currently working on it! 

If you have smaller head, you can cut off the extra length on the Velcro strap, if you do not need it.

INSTRUCTIONS!

STEP 1. Fasten strap on top of head through the loop.

STEP 2. Adjust the long strap around your ear.

STEP 3. Tighten the Velcro in the best position behind your head.

STEP 4. Adjust chin strap to ensure it is closing the jaw.

STEP 5. Adjust top of strap until it is tight but comfortable.

STEP 6. Ensure strap keeps mouth closed when you relax your jaw.
