How to Use:
1. Use three screws included in the package to fixate the dispenser on any vertical surface. You may also place the dispenser on a flat surface.
2. Hold the roll of bags and poke it in the center with a pen to push the inside bags out on the other side. It is designed to take bags from the center of roll, not from the end of roll.
3. Place the roll in the dispenser, cover with the lid, and lay out the bag in the center through the hole. It is ready to use!
â€¢ Refill rolls: You can use this dispenser for any roll sized 4.5" x 4.5" or less such as standard size dog poop bag, garbage bag as well as toilet paper.
