Zesty Shrimp Scampi

Serves 4

Ingredients:

• 1 pound Aqua Star raw, peeled, tail-off shrimp, thawed
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 Tbsp sherry
• 2 large cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• ¼ tsp salt
• Juice of one lemon

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes on each side, until flesh turns pink. Add sherry, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook until almost completely reduced, about 4 to 6 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately over cooked pasta and garnish with parsley and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
