The next oil is lavender essential oil (lavandula angustfolia), known to bring on sleep naturally, with studies showing that it helps bring on deeper sleep and sleep regularity. The third essential oil is the refreshing, sedative German chamomile (matricaria chamomilla), and the last oil is sweet orange (citrus sinensis) essential oil, also a sedative. And kids love the smell of the sweet orange! These essential oils are diluted with just the right amount of almond carrier oil.
