- PRO AUDIO TUNED 6” x 9” SPEAKER ENCLOSURE: Pro Audio Tuned / Vented enclosures offer up to 60% more Gross & Net air volume compared to other 6 x 9 enclosure. This dramatically improves the sound quality, volume and bass response of any 6” x 9” speakers. It is designed for optimum bass response & low-frequency reproduction which is ideal for lower profile sound quality subwoofers. Soft Woven Polyfill Damping Material helps create a flatter frequency response, low bass extension.
- SPECIAL FORMULA: We use Aliphatic wood glue on our 6X9 subwoofer enclosures to ensure an airtight seal between all MDF parts. Each 6x9 inch subwoofer box also gets a second application of glue around all internal joints after the final assembly. Dado and Miter construction creates an airtight resonant free, solid construction to reduce rattles and improve the overall sound quality.
- HIGH-GRADE MDF: High Grade MDF featuring a 5/8” MDF front baffle for solid frequency response and accurate music reproduction. Recessed Side Panels provide a resonant free, solid construction to reduce rattles and improve the overall sound quality. Gross Volume: 0.25 cu.ft Net Volume: .20 cu.ft.
- IMPROVED SOUND QUALITY: We use quality materials like our special aliphatic resin wood glue and brad nails from a pneumatic nail gun to create a tight hold on the MDF parts during the glue drying process to ensure that our subwoofer boxes have an airtight no-leak, no-rattle air chamber improving the overall sound quality of your sound system.
- ENCLOSURE DIMENSIONS: Since your subwoofer box or enclosure most likely goes into the boot of your car, checking their dimensions is highly important. OEM Grade Rugged Liner is a spray liner finish designed to take a beating and helps seal seamsand prevent air leaks.
