BIBO 2 PCS Extruder Upside Cooling Fan or Motherboard Cooling Fan 2 Touch 3D Printer
2 PCS Extruder Upside Cooling Fan or Motherboard Cooling Fan For BIBO 2 Touch 3D Printer. The extruder assembly notice is here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B76TjeOkslHlZC05RUpsbTl5MDQ When replacing the extruders upside cooling fan, you can print these fan spacers: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3354984 We can print 4 spacers (recommended infill is 100% as they are too small) in one time and install them to the extruders fans. So the extruder fans will be more stable during running and extend the fan life. Please also don't screw the fan bolts too tight, as it will cause the noise louder and shorten the fan life. Meanwhile, please pay attention to the metal cover position for the fans as the photo above. The metal cover for the fans should be pushed down as low as it can, so the metal cover will not contact the fan blade and make the noise or shorten the fan life. The normal noise just likes the fan noise in the start running of the computer, then the noise will go down. When replacing the bottom motherboard cooling fan, you can print this fan support: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3350183 This fan support can hold the fan with 4 screws, which is more stable than the stock support. It can reduce the fan noise and extend the fan life. The metal cover for fans are not included.
