Q:Trying to understand how these work. I assume one has to carefully put the pod in so the hole lines up with the machine punch? Is it difficult?

A:No, is not difficult it has a mark that you can see but you have to be careful because is easy to make a mistake and put it in the wrong side.
Just pay attention to the mark every time you put the pod in the machine.
B.The pod needs to be placed with the hole front and center. If it is not in the center, a new hole will be punched by the machine.
C.Not !!! be a little bit carefully, but it's too easy, and works fine !!!
Usage attention by frist time:
√ 1) Please try to find the point whereneedle goes in to the capsules When using 1st time . not suggest FORCE CLOSE
Mark in white label for correct point （position）for future use（like product picture show） √ 2) Make sure the capsule is closed tightly the capsule
Tips:
√1) If by mistake happens to make an extra hole (with the needle) on the cup just cover with scotch tape and you can still use the capsule
√2) Use Espresso grind for best results with cream. Tried different amounts of coffee in the pod to brew you favorite taste, but do not exceed 3/4 cup
√ 3)The reusable capsule fits tightly, when it too tight on the machine, in fact is kind of difficult to take it out, the best way is pushing the bottom part with your finger and it will pop out, but careful it could be still hot.
