Basic Beat BB117A 17-Note Chromatic Glockenspiel for Kids - Durable with Piano-Key Coloring, Safety-Designed Bars, Sturdy Wooden Frame, and 2 Mallets Included
- 17 metal bars on a sturdy wood frame.
- Bars are white for diatonic notes and black for chromatics, for easy recognition.
- Chromatic range is from C3 (2 octaves above middle C) to E4.
- Includes one pair of rubber-headed plastic mallets.
Safe, rounded edges on all the bars and on the frame. The wood frame is very sturdy; the bars are attached to the frame by rubber pegs and can be carefully removed (but they are not easy to remove). The use of black and white bars, in the same manner as on a piano, makes it easy to recognize the notes. Each bar is 1.19" wide. Dimensions approximately 9.25" wide (at the widest end) x 15.75" long x 1.75" high.
