Loop single anchor around the mid-point of rope creating a secure, fixed loop. This loop is then attached to a wall mounted eye hook (not included - recommended size: 3/8" x 4Â½") using our free snap hook included.
Our kits also enable you to shorten any rope in seconds! Simply loop strap around both pieces of rope and connect to the anchor point. This is perfect when you want to lower the weight/intensity for a user and can be removed as user progresses because a shorter rope is easier. Also, If space is limited use strap to shorten overall length of rope. Includes instructions.
**Tip: If the strap slips during use, simply apply a 2.5" nylon spring clamp to rope. This clamp can be purchased at any home store for a new dollars.
