Beautiful Life?: The CSI Behind the Casey Anthony Trial & My Observations from Courtroom Seat #1
In "Beautiful Life?" - The CSI Behind the Casey Anthony Trial & My Observations From Courtroom Seat #1, you will hear first-hand from the CSIs & Detectives at the Orange County Sheriff's Office who investigated the disappearance & death of Caylee Marie Anthony. Veteran News Reporter Robyn Walensky shares her observations from WDBO Radio's Courtroom Seat #1 at the Casey Anthony Trial in Orlando, Florida. Walensky goes one-on-one with Corporal Yuri Melich & Sergeant John Allen who grill Casey Anthony at Universal Studios. What do they make of Casey's lies ? When do these two veteran Sheriff's Detectives know this is more than a missing persons case and that they have a murder on their hands? Walensky interviews Crime Scene Supervisor Michael Vincent, who reveals his first thoughts the second he receives the call a body is found around the corner from the Anthony home. Vincent has 30 years experience, a decade in Orange County, Florida & 20 years in Philadelphia, PA. Vincent is the first of five Philadephia CSIs to arrive at Ground Zero in New York City on Sept. 12th, 2001 volunteering to help in the recovery of body parts, bone fragments & collection of evidence from the Terrorist Attack on the World Trade Center. During the investigation into the disappearance of Caylee Anthony, you will hear directly from Vincent who travels by plane to North Carolina with the weathered duct tape which was wrapped around Caylee's head in his briefcase. Vincent is the CSI who conducts the air sample tests on Casey Anthony's car. He collects the "smell of death" in canisters which will be tested by Dr. Arpad Vass who invented the technology. Vass is the world-famous Scientist & Forensic Anthropologist who for 20 years has been studying decomposing human bodies at "The Body Farm," in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. And there are other key pieces of evidence recovered. You will hear from CSI Gerlado Bloise as he finds the single strand of Caylee Anthony's hair in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car. What is his reaction when he sees it ? This hair is critical to the case, as new high-tech tests conducted on it will show the person it was attached to, was dead. In "Beautiful Life?" Walensky goes one-on-one with CSI Jennifer Welch who snaps 2,000 pictures, including Caylee's small skull in the swamp & Casey Anthony's "Bella Vita" = "Beautiful Life" tattoo. How has this impacted her? You will also hear from Detective Jason Forgey & his Cadaver Dog "Gerus." Dogs don't lie & "Gerus" speaks volumes. And, CSI Alina Burroughs takes you inside Casey Anthony's bedroom on Hope Spring Drive as she searches for 'heart-shaped' stickers. Caylee's killer put one 'heart-shaped' sticker on the duct-tape covering her mouth, as if in some sick way to say "I love you." Reporter Robyn Walensky shares her observations on the Attorney's, Judge Belvin Perry, Jurors, courtroom spectators, George & Cindy Anthony, and the many faces of Casey Anthony as she takes you inside the jury selection process in Pinellas County, Florida where she spends two weeks & then inside the Orange County Courthouse where she covers the Casey Anthony Trial, and the aftermath of the not-guilty verdict in Orlando, Florida.
