What happens when an educated woman is forced to engage in a conversation with an ill-mannered and senseless socialite? With only ten more minutes left to endure this intolerable exchange her salvation is found in the hands of a clock hanging in the woman's view. Each glance at the time keeper promises a forthcoming end to the grating inept dialogue. Focusing on the minutes is the woman's only solace. But when the timepiece comes to a standstill, the woman’s logic turns increasingly disturbing finding her just seconds from madness unsure as to what will strike first - the clock or the woman's rage?
